Well I believe I botched an interview for a job I requested a transfer to. Maybe I gauged it wrong maybe I didn't. He told me he would reach a decision within a week.

Better to think you’ve botched it than to think you’ve aced it.
I just had one a little while ago. Went pretty well...I think. Second round is tomorrow — all by phone. Much harder on the phone than in person, IMHO. Especially with 3+ other people and all the cross-talk.

I’m hoping that since the area’s unemployment rate is so low that there won't be much competition. That an for college graduates and those with experience it's a pretty low position.

I'm glad it's not by phone. Since it's an in house one they tend to do it all in person, part of the culture of the company I guess.
